Terms of service

Reeloop generates short vertical videos from topics or scripts you provide, using AI for the script, voice, and visuals, and can post them on a schedule to social accounts you connect. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) and able to form a binding contract; if you use the service for a business, you confirm you can bind that business. Give accurate information, keep your sign-in secure, and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Videos are paid for with credits, charged per scene at the price shown before you generate. A render that fails is refunded in full automatically.

Plans are billed in advance and renew automatically each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Unused plan credits roll over while your plan is active. Top-up credits do not expire while your account is open.

Prices may change; we will tell you before a change applies to your next renewal. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Apart from automatic refunds for failed renders, purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used, except where the law requires otherwise. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, but you agree that the right ends for credits you have already used to generate videos.

You own the topics and scripts you provide and, between you and us, the videos generated for you. You give us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content only to run the service for you (including posting it where you tell us to).

You confirm you have the rights to anything you submit and that your use of the output complies with the law and with the rules of the platforms you post to.

AI-generated scripts, voices, and visuals can contain mistakes, may resemble existing material, and similar output may be generated for other users. Review your videos before they are published; approve-before-post is on by default for this reason. Where a platform requires AI-generated content to be labelled, you are responsible for the label.

You may not use the service to create or publish:

Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape, resell, or reverse engineer the service, bypass credit charges or limits, or access other users' data. Prompts may be screened and requests that break these terms blocked.

When you connect an account, you authorize us to publish the videos you approve (or that your series auto-approves) to it. Platforms may limit, delay, or reject posts and may change their rules; we are not responsible for their decisions or for the performance of your videos.

Reeloop uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). See our Privacy Policy for how we handle YouTube data.

If you believe content generated or hosted through Reeloop infringes your copyright, email support@reeloop.video with the work, where it appears, your contact details, and a statement that you are the owner or authorized to act. We will review the notice and remove infringing content where appropriate, and may close accounts of repeat infringers.

You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, put the service or others at risk, or where the law requires. Credits on accounts closed for breaking these terms are not refunded.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or that videos will be accepted or perform on any platform.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

If you use the service for a business, you agree to cover our reasonable costs from third-party claims arising from your content or your breach of these terms.

We may update these terms; we will tell you about material changes before they take effect, and continued use means you accept them. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Logiciel Candy Inc is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; consumers keep the protections of the laws of the country where they live.
